How does it work exactly?
You register ad create your microentreprise in a few clicks to be able to work. It’s very simple, we’ll guide you step by step!
You receive cleaning assignments by email or notifications, to work for customers or in Airbnb accommodation.
You carry out your mission at the customer’s, respecting the requested quality requirements. All instructions are available on the app.
You are paid a few days after your mission directly on your Bank account.
How to register in 4 steps?
1. Create your profile on the website or app’
You create your account in a few seconds directly online by indicating: your name, first name and email address.
Don’t forget to validate the confirmation email you receive (check your spam emails).
You don’t need any specific experience or diploma, but you must provide:
- An identity document
- Your criminal record to prove that you have no criminal record
- A good quality ID photo so that the customer recognizes you!
- Documents related to your microenterprise to ensure that your status has been created

2. Create your microentreprise in 15 minutes
If you are not already a microentrepreneur, our partner Getbiz helps you create your microentreprise and answers all your questions about this status (your rights and obligations). Price: 20€, refunded in 2 hours of cleaning.
Once your application has been completed and validated, you will be able to work within 24 hours.
You can also create your microenterprise for free and independently online, following the steps in the Ekoklaners Q&A. It is longer.
3. Declare your micro-business as a Service to the Person (SAP) organization
The declaration is mandatory in order for clients to benefit from the 50% tax reduction on each mission.
It is free. Please allow 15 minutes and bring your SIRET number with you.
After these steps, your registration is submitted. You will then receive an email inviting you to participate in an online training.
4. Validate an online training
This training takes place online. It is free but compulsory to guarantee a “five-star” experience for customers.
5 modules will be offered to you to:
- Know the key concepts of home cleaning, especially safety
- Learn the basic principles of cleaning and the organization of tasks
- Develop the posture and integrate the values of the company
- Learn the right reflexes to respond to customers’ expectations.
Receive your first missions!
Once the training is validated, you can finally receive assignments to work according to your availability and your sector!
