Who can perform a rating or submit an opinion?
Only the Customer who has entered into a Service Contract with a Service Provider via the Ekoklean ON DEMAND Platform has the option, at the end of the Service, to note or submit a notice concerning the Service that has been performed.
At the end of the Service, the Client will receive an e-mail allowing him to access the rating and review space.
The notation
The Client proceeds to an individual rating of the Service he has received on the basis of several predefined criteria, namely:
- Punctuality
- Friendliness
- Quality
The individual rating is only communicated to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider’s rating published on the Ekoklean On Demand Platform is an overall rating. It corresponds to the average of the ratings that will have been achieved. This overall rating is updated with each new individual rating of a Client. Next to the overall rating are specified:
- The total number of Clients who performed the rating,
- The date of the last rating performed.
The update of the Service Provider’s rating is automatic. Ekoklean On Demand does not exercise any control, either a priori or a posteriori, over the individual or overall rating.
The opinions
The Client may send a notice or comment concerning the Service that has been performed.
This notice is automatically sent to the Service Provider, along with the date of performance of the Service received by the Client.
Only the Service Provider can decide on the publication of reviews on the Ekoklean On Demand Platform at its sole discretion. The Service Provider cannot moderate the opinion, it can either decide to publish it or refuse to publish it.
Ekoklean On Demand does not exercise any control, either a priori or a posteriori, over the content of the published opinion.
